Our product
A small business’s records, on the phone it already uses.
nfelia is our own product, for small businesses that sell through WhatsApp, Instagram and word of mouth. It gives each one a website of its own, and turns every sale into an order with its invoice, receipts, delivery and any balance still owed.

Who it is for
A small business often keeps its sales in chat threads, its debts in memory and its stock in a notebook. Software made for larger companies asks for an accountant’s vocabulary and a computer.
We built nfelia for that owner: plain words such as ‘Owed to me’ and ‘Pay later’, one screen for a quick sale, and everything on the phone.
What we built
Five areas, built around the order.
-
Sell
- A website of its own, with orders and bookings
- Quotations
- A quick sale on one screen
-
Get paid
- An invoice made when the order is confirmed
- A receipt for every payment
- Part payments, with the balance tracked
-
Keep track
- Debts: owed to me, and I owe
- Stock
- Expenses and suppliers
- Profit
-
Deliver
- A tracking link for every order
- Deliveries signed for
- Reviews only from real orders
-
Prove
- Documents with a public page to verify them
- Deeds of acquisition, made from an invoice or a receipt
What holds it together
Every sale is an order. Its invoice, payments, receipts, deliveries and messages all hang from it.
How it runs day to day
One order on nfelia
- A customer orders on the business’s own website and is saved to its customer list.
- The customer receives a link to follow the order.
- When the owner confirms, nfelia makes the invoice, then a receipt for each payment.
- A part payment leaves a balance under Debts straight away, with a date to pay by.
- The delivery is signed for, and the customer is asked for a review.
What it changes
-
Debts in view
Every balance is listed under Owed to me, with a date to pay by, from the moment it is agreed.
-
A shop window
Each business gets its own web address, and orders from it arrive in nfelia with the customer already saved.
-
Four countries
nfelia works in Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana and Kenya, each with its own currency and way to pay.
How we work on it
-
See
We started from how small shops actually trade: through chats, part payments and deliveries.
-
Design
We chose the words and the screens for the owner: an order at the centre of every sale, and no accounting terms.
-
Build
We build and host nfelia ourselves, as a JBS Praxis product.
-
Hold
We run it, help the businesses that use it on WhatsApp, and open new countries as it grows.
